What are your Opening hours?

We are open Monday through to Friday, 7.30am-3.00pm.
 

What days do you deliver?

Summer Hours:

• Monday-Friday, 8am-3pm

• Saturday, 12-4pm

• Sunday, 9-11am

Winter Hours (4 April-31 Oct):

• Monday-Friday, 8am-3pm

Ice Rescue is closed on public holidays.

What is the minimum delivery requirement?

For free delivery you must order a minimum of $20.00 or 8x3kg Ice Bags/4x6kg Ice Bags.

Otherwise there will be a small delivery fee.

Can i still have a weekend delivery during winter?

You will need to get in contact with us about this. Generally if this weekend delivery is for a big event we could find a way to accommodate you.

What ice can you provide?

3kg or 6kg bags of Regular, Classic or Crushed Ice.

Custom Cubes - The Cube, The Rock, The Spear (bag of 20).
