Ingredients:
40ml Vanilla Vodka
40ml Pineapple Juice
40ml Cranberry Juice
10ml Passionfruit Pulp
10ml Lemon Juice

Method:
In a cocktail shaker fill with ice and all the ingredients, shake well and pour.
Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
30ml Vodka
30ml Espresso or Strong Coffee
2 tspns Brown Sugar
3 Espresso Beans (to garnish, optional)

Moscow Mule
Ingredients:
30ml Vodka
Ginger Beer
1 Lime
Ice Cubes
Method:
Fill a glass with ice, add vodka, top with ginger beer and squeeze in fresh lime, stir.
Margarita
Ingredients:
60mls Tequila
20mls Fresh Lime Juice
15mls Triple Sec
Ice Cubes
Lime Slice for Garnish
Salt for Rim
Method:
In a cocktail shaker fill with ice and all ingredients then shake well. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a glass then dip into salt and shake off the excess. Add ice into the glass and add contents into the shaker, garnish with a lime slice.
Negroni
Ingredients:
30mls Gin
20mls Campari
35mls Martini Rosso
Fresh Orange
Large Ice Cube
Method:
Add all ingredients to a glass, add a large cube of ice (we recommend “The Cube” or “The Rock”, stir to dilute, garnish with orange peel.
Bloody Mary
Ingredients:
30ml Vodka
120ml Tomato Juice
10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 tspn Horseradish Sauce
Hot Sauce (to taste)
Worcestershire Sauce (to taste)
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
Celery for Garnish

Method:
Add vodka, fill over halfway with tomato juice, add in lemon juice and horseradish sauce. Season with salt and pepper, add a dash of hot sauce and worcestershire sauce. Then fill with ice and stir/garnish with celery stick.
Apple & Rye
Ingredients:
30mls Bourbon
120mls Fresh Apple Juice
10mls Fresh Lemon Juice
5mls Sugar Syrup
Fresh Granny Smith Apple

Method:
Pour lemon juice and sugar syrup into a glass, add bourbon and stir. Fill glass completely with ice and top with apple juice. Garnish with a slice of granny smith apple.
Gin & Tonic
Ingredients:
45ml Gin
Tonic Water
1 Lime Wedge

Method:
Pour gin into a glass, fill with ice, squeeze and drop a lime wedge, top with tonic water and stir.
Pimm’s Cup
Ingredients:
500ml Pimm’s
1L Lemonade
1L Ginger Ale
Fresh Cucumber, Mint and Seasonal Fruit

Method:
In a large pitcher fill with Pimm’s, add cucumber and fruits, fill with ice and top with lemonade and ginger ale.
Cosmopolitan
Ingredients:
45ml Vodka
15ml Triple Sec
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
20ml Cranberry Juice

Method:
In a cocktail shaker, pour all ingredients, add ice and shake well. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with orange zest.
Mai Tai
Ingredients:
60ml Appleton Estate
20ml Lime Juice
20ml Orange Curacao
15ml Orgeat Syrup
Mint Leaves
Lime Slice
Orange Peel

Method:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ingredients and ice, shake well, then strain into a tall glass over fresh ice. Garnish with mint, lime and orange peel.
Mojito
Ingredients:
45ml White Rum
1/2 Fresh Lime
2tsp Caster Sugar
10 Fresh Mint Leaves
Soda Water
Ice Cubes
Method:
Put 1/2 lime into a glass and add caster sugar and muddle. Add 10 torn mint leaves, white rum and ice (try it with our crushed ice. Top with soda water and garnish with mint.
